Something comes up and you cannot meet me. What should you do?

If something comes up in your plans and you cannot meet me, you are responsible for informing me about any plan changes as soon as you encounter them. I have stringent rules for any delays or short-term cancellations, because often my day is planned and sometimes other clients who can actually meet me and are in town only for short or rare occasion, cannot book me because of the booking from other clients. In case of short-term cancellation, it means not only losing money, but also missing opportunities to get to know other wonderful people and make perhaps someone happy.

I suggest you to plan your time ahead so that any inconveniences that may happen, allows us enough buffer time to have. If you think that you have a busy day and some of your activities at work or private life may take longer, I suggest you postpone our meeting to another day when it is more relaxed and convenient in your schedule. If you boss says for example, that you have to be longer at work today, it will not be a reasonable case to cancel or postpone or meeting, if you have let me know about this in last minute.

You may cancel our appointment up to 1 day before our scheduled date if the booking is shorter than 4 hours or if the booking is one night. And at least up to 2 days before the expected date, if your booking is longer than 4 hours or one night.

The cancellation allowance for longer bookings depends on how many nights you book me. Any cancellations that are shorter than that are considered as a violation of my Cancellation Policy, which may lead you to certain consequences.

Excessive and repeated last-minute cancellations may bring you consequences. Please refer to my Cancellation Policy for more information: https://yourtwinklover.de/legal/rules/

I thank you for your understanding and support in showing respect to me and my time.
