Who are responsible to buy tickets and organize everything for our trips?

I have many attractive offers and deals for bookings inside Germany and Europe from hotels and travel service companies (such as trains and planes). Because I have a membership at some companies, I can get huge discounts and benefits. Therefore, when booking everything within Europe itself may be more beneficial. You can always ask what options are available, etc.

If I book and organize everything on my own, you have two options:

  • a) you either pay in advance (before I make any booking) the amount required for bookings total
  • b) or, after I book and pay for everything, you reimburse me for the costs I paid for the hotels, airline, train company, etc.

If you choose to reimburse, I always select the tickets with the cancellation option (which may have a more expensive price), regardless of your choice. Then, you have a deadline to reimburse the amount. If you do not follow the deadline, I cancel the tickets to protect against the loss of money.

But if you choose to pay in advance, you have the freedom to choose whether to buy a ticket with the cancellation option (when available) or book a hotel with or without a cancellation option.

Please note that I take the responsibility only to book hotels, and travel, but not activities, and only when the booking is made for my name. I do not take any responsibility to book museums, tours, or anything like that.
