Can I change my booking, and what is my Booking Cancellation Policy?

You may cancel our appointment up to 1 day before our scheduled date if the booking is shorter than 4 hours or if the booking is one night. And at least up to 2 days before the expected date, if your booking is longer than 4 hours or one night. The cancellation allowance for longer bookings depends on how many nights you book me. Any cancellations that are shorter than that are considered as a violation of my Cancellation Policy, which may lead you to certain consequences, depending on the nature of the cancellation (bookings only with an advance payment, late payment interest, compensation, permanent booking ban, etc.). This is the standard Booking Cancellation Policy that applies to all my bookings.

Bookings can be, however, changed in case of unforeseen circumstances up to two times. First-time can be postponed maximum of one week, second-time can be postponed for a maximum of 5 days. Third time booking change results in automatic booking cancellation, and standard cancellation terms apply here.

If bookings are getting cancelled, no matter which reason, all discounts and other benefits added to the booking will not be returned, and in case of any upfront payments (virtual or online) already made, will only be refunded if cancellation is made prior to the cancellation deadline explained in this Cancellation Policy.
